Bulk Unsolicited E-mail
You may not, at any time, send bulk unsolicited e-mail to any address within our domain. We have no interest anything sold through this method.
In a perfect world, we'd never receive bulk unsolicited e-mail. Until that day arrives, we will continue to filter e-mail that is believed, reasonably, to be automated and unwanted. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you and thank you in advance for your understanding.
E-mail sent through the Contact Us Flash based Rich Internet Application is never filtered. Please make your initial contact with us through that.
Advertising Faxes (a/k/a “Junk Faxes”)
You may not send us bulk unsolicited faxes advertising any product or service to our fax number at any time. You may solicit business in the form of a letter provided it is addressed to the company or an individual. For example, a letter or fax memo stating that you are interested in providing goods or services to us does not constitute advertising under this policy.
We are speaking of bulk advertising that could be sent to one or a million fax machines with absolutely nothing to distinguish it.
The company advertised will be assessed a $15 (CAD) per page (plus applicable taxes) charge. Payment is due upon receipt. Outstanding invoices for bulk fax review will be sent automatically to our collection agency after 30 days.
Ignorance or lack of knowledge of this policy does not constitute a valid legal defense against the charges levied. You agreed to the charge when the fax was sent.
No junk faxes are welcome. If you send, then you pay. It's just that simple.
